## Initiatives Progress Update

### Reporting :chart\_with\_upwards\_trend:

Most of you are regularly using our new Enhanced Reports. We are continuously improving our reports and over the past month, we've brought you two significant updates:

**Choose granularity of date visualizations**

In the *Financial Report*, you can now choose date granularity! See important metrics by days, weeks, months, quarters, or years. This option will soon be rolled out into all of our date-based reports.

**Download formatted data**

All data from our Reports can be easily exported into a format of your choosing. For example, you can choose to keep pivot table data pivoted when downloading into Excel.

### Other Initiatives

**Multiple Inquiries**

We are actively working on the pre-sale part of our system, and getting it ready for the first few customers to have hands-on experience in the first quarter of the next year. **Better lead overview, structured inquiry parameters, 360° customer view, and parameter-based search** of leads - don't miss these and many more benefits by staying subscribed - [Join Realpad Champions](https://forms.gle/KktWc1XQgwAnjsZX7).

**User Organisations**

After releasing [User Organisations](/en/features/user-organisations.md), which allows employees of one company to authenticate only with their company Microsoft account, we are in the phase of gathering feedback from users. **Slovakia VAT rate change**

Important VAT changes are coming to the Slovak Republic since January 2025. We are working on a few improvements that will allow you to easily fix VAT rates for available units, payments, and deals. Stay tuned for more announcements in December.

## Released in November

* From now on, you can make use of two new options in Document Templates:
  * Create an invoice from Prescribed Payment
  * Use custom user attributes in Document Templates
* See all events happening in your CRM easily from the Deals or Customers tab

* Using our Aftersales module? You can now set a **custom Defect Deadline per project** under Settings -> Aftersales configuration -> Additional configurations
* We've simplified our API structure by removing several historically created endpoints that no longer serve their purpose. This allows us to develop faster and will help us build new API endpoints in the future
* Smaller under-the-hood changes and bug fixes
