It's been a few weeks after the release and we are observing great engagement, most of you already moved to new reports and we are in close touch with those few who didn't. Our goal is to improve the reports, which is possible only after completely getting rid of legacy ones. If you see an inconsistency in the data or old reports are covering for you something that new ones don't - please, don't hesitate to contact .

The more we investigate the presale part - new leads, meetings, viewings, offers, and pre-reservations - the more we understand the importance of communication in real estate. As the designs of the future Inquiry details page are shaping up, we imagine the Activities tab in its centre - a timeline with a history of communication and everything that ever happened to a customer, lead or relevant info. We believe this 360 view on lead will help agents decide what is the best next step faster.
Knowing that the Activities tab (available only for users with Email Integrations setup) will grow into a "home" page of the Inquiry we are improving it again - this time by making it possible to Send emails from CRM. Get in touch with your point of contact in Realpad to have this set up ASAP for free.
We've found out that some of you are having a hard time navigating through the setup of Email Integration hence we are partnering with Appcues to build a better onboarding experience and launch new features without causing our users additional stress. You are going to start seeing improved onboarding in Realpad in the next month.
Don't lose your unsaved form data by closing the dialogue accidentally. Clicking outside of the modal dialogue doesn't close it automatically anymore. X
icon is the only way to close the dialogue and discard changes.
To disable a user (remove the access to CRM) you can now use a new standalone setting, instead of changing the user type.
The nationality
field is limited only to ISO 3166 values (CZ, SK, HU...), which stand for universal country codes.
Phone number
in Customer details received a similar update - instead of a free-form string, it helps you to enter a correct phone number including a country code which is a dropdown now.
Smaller under-the-hood changes and bug fixes.
