Last year was a really dynamic period for Realpad! We were constantly rolling out updates and improvements throughout 2024, all with the goal of making your experience smoother and more effective. Think of things like enhanced reporting features, SSO, Activities, navigation improvements, and better stability overall – these were all driven by your valuable feedback. It was also in 2024 that we kicked off this very blog! Throughout the year, we aimed to keep you informed with regular , , , and more. We wanted to create this blog as a direct line of communication with you. It's our commitment to being transparent about what we're building, sharing our progress openly, and most importantly, creating a space where we can get your thoughts and ideas quickly. We truly believe that by working together with Champions and having this open dialogue, we can shape Realpad into the best possible tool for your needs. Your input is what guides us!
For 2025, we're shifting our focus to some essential, but less visible, work under the hood. Imagine we're reinforcing the very foundation of Realpad – the underlying technical structure. This year, we'll be tackling some long-standing technical requirements and streamlining our systems. By addressing these foundational elements, we'll be removing some older pre-requisites that have, in the past, limited how flexible and adaptable Realpad could be. This groundwork is crucial because it will unlock exciting possibilities down the line. It will pave the way for us to introduce much greater configurability options, more robust and user-friendly permission settings, better connections with other platforms you might be using (integrations!), and more efficient notification systems to keep you informed. We're incredibly enthusiastic about the potential these changes will bring and how they will allow us to deliver even more powerful and tailored solutions for you in the future. It's about building a stronger, more adaptable Realpad for everyone.
We will keep you posted about all potential changes this will introduce well in advance. Stay tuned! Obviously, this goes parallel with in-progress initiatives like Payments and Multiple Inquiries.
Inquiries are coming in hot! The new inquiry details overview is just a step toward more convenient and efficient lead management. What you see below is a work in progress, which we are actively testing and fine-tuning with our .
After critical feedback is addressed, we are going to release Inquiries conveniently configured to match your expectations and current Realpad setup, with onboarding documentation and tutorials helping to get around the new interfaces.
After talking to developers in Hungary and Serbia, we've discovered that our Payments functionality does not quite match the needs of these markets. The challenges identified are two-fold:
Multiple VATs - Payments currently do not clearly handle scenarios where units within a deal have different VAT rates.
Multiple Payment Schedules per deal - Payment schedules in these markets may not proportionally cover all units in a single deal, leading to complexity in accurately allocating payments.
We’re actively addressing these challenges, currently focusing on features that enable sales agents to create payment schedules automatically, accurately, and effortlessly.
