Side Navigation & Enhanced Reports

We are excited to announce a major update that combines two significant initiatives: New Side Navigation and Enhanced Reports . These changes are designed to enhance your experience by providing a more intuitive navigation structure, improving the usability of reports and making tables previously found in reports more accessible.

This update will go live in the first week of August '24, and you will soon be able to experience the new features firsthand.

New Side Navigation

Main Features

• Modern Look: The UI is now more modern and user-friendly, with the same functionality you’re used to

• Collapsible Menus: You can now collapse or expand menu items for a cleaner, more organized view

• Better Structure: The updated side navigation includes more menu sub-items, making it simpler to find what you need

We are working on more awesome functionality of the new side navigation, which we will be gradually releasing in the upcoming monhts - stay tuned!

Enhanced Reports

After months of testing and gathering feedback from many of you, we are excited to launch enhanced reports in Metabase, a powerful Business Intelligence tool.

Main Features

• Relocation of Tables: We’ve moved certain tables from the Reports section to Products and Deals for better organization

• Visual Overviews: Newly built reports provide a better visual overview of important metrics

• Data Analysis Capabilities: Easily filter and drill-down into your data for more detailed insights

What happens to the old Reports?

As part of the this activity, we made significant changes to enhance your experience. The following table provides an overview of what will happen to the existing reports:

Transition and feedback

To ensure a smooth transition, we will temporarily retain the option to switch back to the old reports directly in Realpad CRM. However, this option will gradually be phased out as we fully transition to the new Metabase reports. During this period, we encourage you to provide any feedback or report any issues. This will help us refine and perfect the new reports before completely moving away from the old versions.

Exciting New Reports

We are thrilled to introduce two brand new reports: Aftersales Report and Financial Report. These reports were built based on insights we’ve collected from you over the years. We believe they will add significant value and help you gain more insights. Explore these new features and let us know your thoughts, as we plan to further enhance your analytical capabilities in Realpad!
