Customers
As part of Multiple Inquiries we are simplifying different parts of Customer details to clear out the table and prepare for more updates. Luckily a few useful things are falling out of these simplifications:
In the
Create customer
modal, there is a new required field Sales Agent with Auto-assign quick actionCustomer Referrals were simplified (no more dealing with attributes)
Email Integration
The way how emails are displayed in our CRM was improved
Ability to preview PDF and image attachments directly in the browser instead of downloading them
Some other user experience and engagement-related improvements
Documents & Templates
Document templates have a details page with a list of placeholders used in the template.
[π¨πΏ/πΈπ°] Generated documents, when converting a number to words, will have βjedno stoβ instead of βstoβ adding a formal tone.
In number to words conversion in templates, cents are now generated.
You can easily find which templates use what data now in Settings -> CRM administration -> Document templates, by filtering templates by a specific placeholder used.
Other
Excel exports are fixed (we've found a problem that they didn't respect the applied filters).
Problems with diacritics were fixed in multiple places.
Under-the-hood changes and fixes for known bugs.

Multiple Inquiries
Get to speed by checking the kick-off of this initiative in June '24 - Inquiries kick-off
Throughout the last months, we have conducted dozens of interviews and talked to many of you about this opportunity. We know that for sales agents it is important to store Inquiry parameters and find the matching units as quickly as possible; to know if the buyer is an investor; to find a decision-maker and to not let the lead hang cold without a response.
The next step for us is to come up with a design and user experience that will support agents throughout this process, and will empower them to achieve more.

Rest assured other initiatives have progressed in July as well:
In Email Integration, we are working on the ability to send Emails from CRM
In SSO we are working on the possibility of forcing your entire organisation to use only Microsoft Account to access CRM
In Reporting, we are looking forward to your feedback and celebrating (just a little bit) a new release.
