In 2024, we started working on the longstanding issue in Realpad CRM—recurring (Multiple) Inquiries. To better manage recurring customers, we decided to split inquiry-related data from customer data and build new interfaces and tables for managing Inquiries. Multiple Inquiries will reference customers they relate to, preventing us from losing Inquiry data from previous Inquiries—creation date, projects, referrals, assigned sales agent, and more.
To ensure a smooth and safe transition, the mentioned improvements will be rolled out gradually starting in January 2025.
We will start contacting to join the testing of the Inquiries Table and Inquiry Details in Realpad.
To start visually splitting Inquiry data with the rest of the customer details, we are going to simplify the grouping of fields in the customer details in January.
Find a simpler way of segmenting your customers in our updated Marketing Report. Both the “Segmentation by Referral” and “Segmentation by Campaign” tabs now include a filter enabling you to choose the event segmentation you want — Leads, Meetings, or Contract Signatures.

After presenting an experimental version of Email Integrations to a few customers, we concluded that its true value can be exploited onceMultiple Inquiries reaches our first customers. Therefore we will focus on the feedback we received regarding the visual aspect of - its overview-ability and compactness.
