SSO & Organisations 🎉

A few months after the initial release, we are happy to report hundreds of users preferring SSO as their primary authentication method over Login & Password. In October we took another step in the direction of secure and controllable access settings in Realpad. Organisations will help you to limit Realpad access of a group of users to one specific domain (@development.com).

Inquiries

We've been actively testing our "Multiple Inquiries" prototype with many customers across Europe. Dozens of you reported better overview-ability and offer generation flow due to persistent request parameters in inquiry details (budget, disposition, orientation, area etc). We also received a few negative feedback inputs which we value a lot and will have to cover before proceeding.

Thank you to everyone who shared your time and insights—we can't wait to bring these improvements to the product! If you haven’t yet had a chance to participate, stay tuned for the next opportunity by subscribing to the updates.

Other Initiatives

After releasing the Activities tab last month, we received some feedback, including concerns about the reduced overview of past activities. Rest assured, before we replace Tasks & Interactions with Activities, we will make sure this feedback is addressed.

• Did anyone by accident change the Roles or their Permissions in Realpad? No worries! You can now find these changes in Settings > Users > Users activity

• When doing a bulk change to any item in Realpad, you can now see the number of items being edited

We've simplified our API structure by removing several endpoints which were historically created and no longer serve their purpose. The endpoints removed are:

• list-excel-unit-history

• get-resource-static

• list-project-deal-documents

• create-portal-access

• list-deal-payments-prescribed

• list-all-cms-documents

• list-deal-cms-documents

• list-shopping-cart

• create-deal

• lock-unit

• set-reservation-fee-paid

• Smaller under-the-hood changes and bug fixes.
