Initiatives Progress Update

Multiple Inquiries

The new Inquiry Details screen is being gradually rolled out to our Champions. Meanwhile, there are a few things we released for everyone to ensure a smooth transition in the future.

Some time ago, a few users provided feedback regarding the overviewability of the new Activities tab. We are happy to announce that the above visual improvements are going to resolve most of the reported issues, allowing us to make the interface a little more streamlined and concise by removing "Tasks and interactions" and "History" tabs for good in late April.

In addition to this, the "Create offer" has been moved to the Activities tab, next to Create task and Interaction.

We are concentrating a lot of information and functionality in the Activities tab, as it is going to become a central piece of Inquiry details. If some of this breaks the way you work in Realpad and/or doesn't make sense, don't hesitate to reach out with questions to your account manager.

Payments

We are iteratively progressing towards providing you with the option to create Payments that are aware of units and their VAT rates. Currently, a new feature allowing you to select which units the Payment covers is undergoing testing with our Champions.

• You can now create an Offer directly from Activities in Customer details

• Improved clarity of whether a Defect attachment will be visible in Buyers Portal or not

• Tasks can now be deleted in bulk

• Smaller under-the-hood changes and bug fixes
