Multiple Inquiries

The table of Inquiries and Inquiry Details screen is now available to our Champions! The Inquiry Details screen allows a better overview of the customer's needs and the status of the lead.

We also have a new "home page" for Multiple Inquiries where you can learn how Inquiries work and what comes next in the development towards Multiple Inquiries.

Inquiry Details

Released in April

• The Financial report under Deals was renamed to Incoming Payments - a more fitting name

• You can now filter by Deal Status in Documents, Prescribed Payments, Incoming Payments, and Additional Products overview tables

• Any previously saved Table View can now be easily deleted

• A new flag for the Extended Warranty claim period warning allows you to show 2, 3, and 5-year warranty claim disclaimers directly in affected Deals when turned on
