Initiatives Progress Update
Multiple Inquiries and Activities
As mentioned in last month's Product Update, tangible improvements paving the way for the Multiple Inquiries feature are now coming to life. A new Activities tab in Customer Detail allows you to see all records connected to a customer in a simple chronological order. You can filter different record types by switching between tabs. The Activities tab is an improved version of the Tasks and Interactions and History tabs, which will soon be deprecated.
To make this transition even easier for you, we've prepared our first in-app guided tour, which will seamlessly guide you through the new feature. Check it out for yourself!
Of course - our job does not stop here. We are restlessly working on delivering Multiple Inquiries to you as soon as possible. We have a prototype ready and we would love to hear your feedback on it - if you are interested in being one of the first to see the prototype and helping us shape the final product, schedule a 30-minute call with Nazarii.
Enhanced reports
We have received a lot of constructive feedback on our new reports which we are continually evaluating and incorporating to provide you with the most valuable insights into your operations. One key update includes adding Tasks and Interactions tabs within the Sales Team Performance report, allowing you to view all team activities in one place.
As we are about to fully transition to new reports and deprecate the old ones in the upcoming weeks, we are keen on hearing your thoughts! Do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected].
Other Initiatives
Email integration - after creating Email Integration, we received a lot of feedback that email synchronisation is often implicit and stealthy. After connecting the account some of the users are not sure, what emails will be synchronised and assigned to what customers. We are currently working on improvements which will make the process of setup more predictable and controllable, where users will be able to explicitly choose which communication they want to see and share in Realpad.
SSO - more than 100 users are logging in with a Microsoft account daily. However, we know that under certain circumstances you want to make Microsoft account to be the only method to access Realpad. For you, we are finalising the implementation of Organisations, stay tuned for Organisation in October!
