Welcome to our June 2025 product updates!
Multiple Inquiries
We're excited to announce significant updates to our Inquiry feature, designed to streamline your workflow and provide a more intuitive experience. These improvements are a direct result of extensive testing with our Champions over the past few months, whose invaluable feedback helped shape the product.
Key Improvements
Refined User Interface: We've reorganized fields for improved accessibility.
Related Customers remains in Customer Details.
Inactivity has been moved to Inquiry Fields.
Unified Presale Tables: We've consolidated and improved navigation for presale-specific tables.
My Inquiries and Unassigned Inquiries now feature enhanced navigation.
Added relevant filter capabilities and new columns specific to their use cases.
To unify the interface, we've removed some tables from the dashboard and filters from the Customers table. If you find anything missing without substitution in Inquiries, please get in touch with us directly.
Streamlined Workflows:
Export functionality and many filters have been moved to My Inquiries.
My Inquiries is now expected to be the primary page for the sales agent's agenda.
We've also added a "Cold inquiries" filter, which is "on" by default, and prevents you from losing a few hot inquiries in the ocean of outdated cold inquiries. This filter will hide all inquiries that have no activity for 30+ days.
Unassigned Inquiries is designated for sales support.
Whereas All Inquiries serves other non-recurring use cases.
What's Next?
We are now beginning to roll out the new Inquiries interfaces to a wider audience, making this the default way to work with leads. Our Customer Success team will soon reach out to you to assist with the onboarding process. The deadline for this migration is the end of summer. Until then, we will continue to actively work on further improvements and address any feedback we receive.

Activities tab is now cleaner and more intuitive thanks to toggle filters. By default Emails, Tasks, and Interactions are visible.
Customer Inactivity reason is automatically removed if a Task, Interaction, or Pre-reservation linked to this Customer is created or updated, and if a new Deal is created for this Customer.
Deal Co-agent field was removed as was communicated in Changelog
