• Improved Errors in Payments Overview in Deal details

• Now you are getting banned after 2 failed login attempts

• The Date of full payment in Deal will now show the date of the Incoming Payment which brought the overall deal balance over 0

• Many smaller improvements and bug fixes in the new Activities tab in Customer detail

Initiatives Progress Update

Email Integration

Last month we started to test with pilot users the Activities tab in Customer details, which should merge Tasks, Interactions and Emails into one timeline to give users full context of the Customer's activity in one place. This helped us to discover a few bugs and focus on them.

In May we also started to work on Realpad's ability to send Emails from CRM.

The design is a subject to change and gradual implementation.

Side Navigation

We are also working on improving the left-side navigation. We know that some of the important tables you use daily can only be found in the reports, making them often hard to find.

Redesigning Reports

For a few months, some of you have been participating in testing the BI solution we are integrating with - Metabase. Except for configurable custom reports, we are currently also converting the existing CRM reports to Metabase to be shown in Realpad.

Other

There is more progress in the areas of Customers, Settings and recently released SSO which we will dive deeper into next month.
